Is this the face of the new iPhone?
Less than a year since the debut of iPhone 3GS, we are now awaiting a new version, the rumored iPhone 4G.
With the smart phone industry moving faster every day, iPhone fans want more than just the incremental changes represented by the 3GS.
According to rumors, the iPhone 4G may be available in May or June of 2010. Speculation includes a new look, a 5-megapixel camera, faster processor, and an OLED screen. If the rumors are true, those features would seriously challenge Google’s Nexus One.
Add to that the possibility of a removable battery (finally!), video chat support, and a redesigned/reorganized app store. Now there are potential iPhone buyers salivating all over the world.
The rumors are quite believable. With new Android models coming out, Apple must run faster to stay ahead of the herd. Strong competition may be forcing Apple to drastically upgrade the iPhone sooner than expected.
And the winner in the smartphone race? Why, us, consumers, of course!
