Do have any tips to planning a family vacation?

My family is trying plan a vacation that would include a ten yr old boy. Were thinking End of July and somewhere in California possibly, or Hawaii, or any resort thats affordable. Were not looking for the typical disney land vaction just relaxing and new, and most of all fun. Any tips, tricks, suggestions, and of course budget savy savings.

Anything helps!!

Despite of going to California, why don’t you try to go to Roatan Island. There are many things you can do in there. To go there, you must go with a plane, but don’t worry, although maybe the cost for it is a little high, you can press the budget on the other things.

Roatan Island has many hotels that have an affordable price. Besides, there are many things you can do while spending your time with your family. I guess it will be more fun to can do something together.

Susan asks…

what are fun things to do with the nikon d3000 camera?

I just got my new dslr camera and i want to know about different fun things to do with it.
Like “painting with light” for instance where you change the aperture and exposure.
What other fun tricks and tips are there?

iphone answers:

You could make a stop motion video, if you like the light painting you could make stencils for it, try some HDR photography (requires photoshop), experiment with different settings, or do some product shots in a home made light box!

These are all things I did when I got my first dslr, they’re very fun. Some are pretty challenging but don’t give up. They’re very fun. Except sometime, HDR which can be very frustrating at times.
