What is the difference between the new feature in iOS 4.3 ‘Personal Hotspot’ and Internet Tethering for iPhone?
I already use internet tethering for my iPhone and my mac when I am out but what is this new feature called ‘Personal Hotspot’? It sounds similar to internet tethering.
What is the difference?

Tethering requires a USB cable or Bluetooth
Personal Hotspot = your device broadcasts a wi-fi signal

It will be out march 11 and the update is mostly for the ipad 2 and other fixes hope this helps

Most website says its going to released on 14th feb . But i stayed up whole day and no sign of new update is out yet. =(
