Well, you’ll need the homebrew channel, but that’s hard to install on 4.3, and if you’re asking that question, I assume you already have it. If not, you can search on YouTube for how to install it on 4.3, there are a few tutorials.
Then, I’d recommend making a NAND backup in case something goes wrong. After that take out all your Gamecube hardware (memory cards and such), as they can be corrupted while you’re installing and uninstalling IOSes. Then you’ll need to install DOPMii (link in the source), go into it, select an IOS (usually 36), go into the IOS Menu, scroll to the stubbed IOS, and hit the minus button. That uninstalls the stubbed IOS.
For CIOS, just follow the tutorial in the sources.

I have a jailbroken iPhone and Inwas wondering if upgrading the iOS to 4.3 and then rejailbreaking it will make me redownload all my jailbroken stuff, or cydia will remember what I got and restore all that suff

Yes BE CAREFUL.
If you want to upgrade your iOS version “NEVER” update it via iTunes it updates the baseband (modem firmware) at the same time. This is the killer.
There are ways to upgrade by keeping your baseband intact. I’d suggest steps however I think it’s better to google and read all the steps carefully and then start the process.

I found a link to download iOS 4.3 beta 3 version for my iPod touch 4g, it seams cool, but is it legal?

Apple has already released beta 3 for its iOS 4.3. It’s been around since early February, so it should be safe to download it (beware of where you get it, of course). Additionally, you shouldn’t download it if you aren’t interested in testing the new features and you are prepared to deal with several bugs. Hope this helps!
